Refund & Cancellation Policy – VakilGhar

• VakilGhar follows a transparent and fair refund policy:
• Once a document drafting or documentation process has started, no refund shall be provided.
• If payment is made and service has not been initiated, a refund may be considered on a case-to-case basis.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
• Stamp paper cost, notary fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• VakilGhar reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of misuse or violation of terms.
